• Booking fees are non refundable
• If you cannot attend your appointment we do require 5 working days notice to change your appointment and this can be done once only.
• Failure to attend your appointment or give us 5 working days notice in writing will result in your paying a No-Show charge of £75 for each appointment booked.
• Anyone under 18 must attend with their parent.
